My Uncle’s Guitar Rocks!

My uncle has been working as a luthier for so many years now. In fact, this is how he supports his family. Luthiers are makers and repairers of stringed instruments such as guitars and violins. He owns a great lakland 4402. Said it was his gift to himself.

I keep on asking him about how a guitar is made. I am fascinated with how he can make different sounds from it. He explained it has extreme tonal versatility owing it to the fret work luthiers like him is using. They are using a machine that has scanning capability. The result is a wonderful bridge pickup sound. I don’t know what that means… I know only one thing. For me, my uncle rocks!
